7/5/2023 0 Comments The bully book sophie lark![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The bottom line is that we never fall for the person we’re supposed to. There is still this animosity but at the same time both have them have matured and grown and they try to work past their issues and find some common ground but its not easy and they have to work through their past to get to their future…. Then we skip a few years ahead, and they run into each other again, Mila is an aspiring journalist and working a piece against Roman, and Roman’s father has been killed and has now become the head of the Paris mafia. They meet at high school and they end up hating each other even though there is this attraction that neither of them wants to admit to. This story features Roman-who is a France mafia prince and our heroine who is Mila. I really was hoping that we would get her story and I am glad that we received that from this author. But in this book we get the sister of the previous book “Snow” and I actually didn’t realize it until a few chapters in and I was really delighted. I had such high expectations of Roman as this is a bully romance (and I do love a good bully romance) and I had heard that this one was a really great bully romance, and while there were some aspects of the story that I really enjoyed, there was also a side to this story that I wasn’t a fan of. This review may contain spoilers, so fair warning, upon reading the review. ![]() This review was originally posted on Addicted To Romance ![]()
